I hold space for transformation rooted in presence, compassion, and the remembering of your truest self.

My work is grounded in the understanding that who you are is not something to be improved — it is something to be revealed. Beneath the noise of stress, trauma, and conditioning, there is a deep well of clarity, stillness, and wisdom. My role is to help you return to that place.

Born and raised in Punta Gorda, Belize, I carry ancestral knowing, a deep connection to land and rhythm, and the strength of women who rise even in the face of silence. My path — from attorney and equity-driven leader to healing practitioner — has been shaped by devotion to truth, liberation, and the sacred unfolding of the human experience.

I draw on techniques for mindfulness, energy alignment, and inner balance that are rooted in ancient wisdom and mystical traditions. As an experienced yoga practitioner and lifelong student of the unseen, I bring embodied practice into everything I offer — from breathwork to ritual, from intuitive guidance to elemental reflection.

This is not therapy. This is about how you are in relationship with life. It’s about learning to meet what arises — joy, grief, uncertainty, desire — with presence rather than resistance. Together, we soften the grasping and release the aversion. We practice letting go — not to escape, but to experience the clear light of existence that arises from the field of source.

My coaching integrates mindfulness, movement, stillness, and deep inquiry. I use frameworks that invite personal integrity, self-responsibility, and radical compassion — like the principles of speaking truthfully, not taking things personally, dissolving assumptions, and showing up with your whole heart.

I also honor the wisdom of the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — as guides for inner alignment and healing. When we remember how to work with these elemental forces, we begin to experience life as a flow, not a fight.

Above all, I come to this work not as someone who has “arrived,” but as someone walking the path beside you. I am not striving or seeking — I am returning, again and again, to the breath, to the body, to the vast stillness beneath thought. From that place, everything is possible.
